    MEATBALLS:
        1/2  cup sour cream
             2  teaspoons Parmesan cheese
             1  to 3  teaspoons pepper
        1/2  teaspoon salt
        1/2  cup bread crumbs
        1/2  teaspoon garlic powder
    1-1/2  pounds ground beef

    Mix together.  Form 1 inch balls.  Place in shallow baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until no longer pink.  Drain

    SAUCE:
         1  cup sour cream
         1  can beefy mushroom soup
         2  teaspoons dill weed
    1/2  teaspoon sugar

    Transfer meatballs to covered baking dish.  Combine sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs.  Bake covered for 1 hour at 300 degrees until heated through. 
    SERVE WITH EGG NOODLES
