3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup cocoa
1/3 cup oil
2 cups water
2 teaspoons vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Sift first 5 ingredients together in an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan, level off. make 3 holes, put oil in each hole divided evenly. Mix water, vinegar, and vanilla in small bowl and pour over cake mix. Blend with a fork, don’t beat. Place in 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
