1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup flour
3 cups Turkey drippings
32 ounces chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet (browning sauce)
Melt butter is large saucepan, stir in flour, and simmer for about 5 minutes, until starting to brown. Slowly stir in Turkey drippings, chicken broth, and browning sauce. Stirring constantly, bring to boil, reduce heat and stir until thickened. Yield: approx. 8 cups.
