• This is a moist meaty bread stuffing

            1  large onion, chopped
            2  stalks celery, chopped
            2  cloves garlic, minced
            3  tablespoons olive oil
            1  pound browned ground beef, drained
            8  cups dry bread cubes (unseasoned)
            1  tablespoon ground sage
            1  tablespoon poultry seasoning
        1/2  teaspoon pepper
        1/2  teaspoon salt
    2-1/2  cups turkey gravy (divided)
            1  can (14 oz) chicken broth

    Saute onions, celery, and garlic in olive oil until softened.  Combine onion mixture with ground beef, bread, and spices in a large mixing bowl.  Stir in 2 cups gravy and chicken broth until well moistened.  Place in a greased, covered, shallow casserole.  Spread 1/2 cup gravy over top.  Bake at 325F for about 45 minutes, remove cover and bake another 15 minutes to brown.
