• 10  ounces egg noodles
    3  cups large pieces cooked turkey
    3  tablespoons butter or oil
    2  tablespoons flour
    1  teaspoon salt
    1/4  teaspoon dry mustard
    1/2  cup chicken broth
    1  cup grated American cheese
    1  cup crushed Ritz crackers

    In a large pot cook noodles according to package directions.  Drain and rinse in cold water.  Arrange turkey and noodles in alternate layers in a casserole dish.  Melt the butter; blend in the flour, salt and mustard.  Slowly stir in chicken broth  Cook until thickened; stirring constantly.  Add cheese; cook and stir until melted.  Pour over chicken and noodles.  Sprinkle with crushed ritz crackers.  Bake 1 hour.
    Serves 6
