1-1/2 cups creamy mashed potatoes
6 eggs
1/2 pound grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Grease 6 custard cups. Line with mashed potatoes. Break an egg into each cup. Place in broiler 6 inches from heat. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until eggs are set. In a pot blend cheese with milk. Cook until heated. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir in Worcestershire Sauce and mustard. Pour mixture over each cup. Place in broiler. Cook until cheese is lightly browned.
