
1 pound lean ground beef
1 can(16 oz) drained green beans
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can(10 3/4 oz) tomato soup or cream of mushroom soup (98% fat free for low fat recipe)
3 tablespoons water
1 16 oz package Tater Tots
In frying pan brown the ground beef and drain the grease.
layer beef, onion, beans and soup mixed with water into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Top with tater tots pressed lightly into soup and placed close together. Bake at 375F for 3/4 to 1 hour. Serves 3 to 4

i brown the hamburger first then i can drain off the fat.

Has anyone ever tried with Tomato soup? I’ve always heard this using Mushroom but I’m curious how the Tomato soup turns out…

I haven’t tried it with tomato soup, but I bet it would be really good. Will try it that way next time I make it.

Try it with cream of chicken, it is excellent. My family loves this recipe.
