•         1  chicken bouillon cube
    1-1/2  cups boiling water
            2  cups chopped potatoes
            1  pkg (10 oz) frozen mixed vegetables
        1/4  cup chopped onion
            1  can cream style corn
            1  jar (8 oz) Cheez Whiz
        1/2  cup milk

    In a medium sauce pan dissolve bouillon cube in water; add potatoes, mixed vegetables and onion.  Cover; simmer 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.  Stir in remaining ingredients.  Heat until Cheez Whiz is melted and chowder is hot.
    YIELD: 6  1-cup servings
