             2  lb. potatoes
             1  slice toast
                butter
             1  egg
             1  teaspoon salt
    1-1/4  cup flour

    Grind raw pottoes fine or grate into cold water.  Drain in cloth in colander.  Should be 3 cups drained potatoes.  Add toast, cubed and browned in butter.  Add egg, salt and flour.  Form into balls.  Boil in salt water 10 to 15 minutes.
