•     1  pound lean ground turkey
    1/2  teaspoon each dried thyme, basil and rubbed sage
    1/4  teaspoon each dried margoram, oregano, cayenne pepper and ground cumin
    1/8  teaspoon each garlic powder, pepper, ground ginger and nutmeg
        2  tablespoons olive or canola oil

    Crumble turkey into a bowl.  Add spices; mix well.  Shape into 10 patties.  In a nonstick skillet heat oil, cook patties over medium heat until browned and meat is done.  Remove to plate covered with paper towel.
    YIELD: 10 patties
