        1  package ramen noodles (oriental flavored)
        2  cups water
        3  tablespoons butter
        1  cup sliced mushrooms
        4  eggs
    1/4  cup milk
    1/4  cup sliced green onion
    1/2  cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4  cup sour cream

    Before opening noodles, break-up and add, with flavor packet to 2 cups boiling water.  Cook uncovered, stir occasionally for 3 minutes.  Drain.  Meanwhile melt butter in skillet.  Add sliced mushrooms and saute until golden.  Mix eggs, milk and onions.  Add egg mixture and drained noodles to sauteed mushrooms and cook over medium heat.  Stirring gently until eggs are set.  Turn out onto a serving plate and sprinkle immediately with shredded cheddar cheese.  Top with sour cream and additional green onion.
