4 sole fillets (1 lb)
1/4 cup light miracle whip
1/4 cup fat free sour cream
1 teaspoon instant minced onion
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1. Preheat oven to 500F
2. Wash fillets; dry with paper towels. Arrange, in single layer and slightly overlapping, in greased, shallow baking dish.
3. In small bowl, mix miracle whip, sour cream, onion, and curry powder. Spread mixture evenly over sole.
4. Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes, or until fish flake easily and sauce starts to brown.
