• One Dish Chicken & Rice Bake

     

    1/2  cup milk
    1  can cream of mushroom soup (98% fat free for low fat recipe)
    1  can cream of celery soup (98% fat free for low fat recipe)
    1  chicken cut up (chicken breast for low fat recipe)
    7  ounces minute rice
    1  package dry onion soup mix

    Blend canned soups with milk.  Stir rice into soups.  spread into greased 9 x 13 pan.  Cover with pieces of chicken.  Spread contents of dry soup mix over all.  Cover  and bake at 325F, 2-1/2 to 3 hours.
    TO MAKE LOW FAT:  Use low fat cream soups and chicken breast.
