
This variation of a tator tot casserole has a ground beef and soup mixture layered over tator tots.
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound hamburger
72 tator tots–or just cover bottom of pan with them
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 package of low-fat mozarella cheese
PREPARATION:
Brown ground beef, then mix soups and cheese with it. Layer tater tots on bottom of a baking pan and top with beef mixture. Cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
