    This Tex-Mex recipe has ground beef, creamed corn and corn meal.

    INGREDIENTS:
    1 pound hamburger    (use ground turkey or ground buffalo for a low fat recipe)
    2 cloves garlic
    2 tablespoons fat    (use olive oil for a low fat recipe)
    2 chopped onions
    1 green pepper
    1 cup cream corn
    2 cup tomato sauce
    2/3 cup corn meal
    1 1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons chili powder
    1 cup olives

    PREPARATION:
    Brown hamburger and garlic in fat, add onions and peppers. Cook until tender and brown. Add cream corn, tomato sauce, bring to boil. Add corn meal slowly, stirring constantly until thick. Add chili powder, salt and olives. Mix well and pour into greased pyrex dish and bake at 350 for 1 hour
