    Marinade chicken overnight in this bourbon mixture recipe.

    INGREDIENTS:
    2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken thighs
    2/3 cup soy sauce
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon powdered ginger
    2 tablespoons dehydrated onion flakes
    1/3 cup bourbon

    PREPARATION:
    Mix all marinade ingredients in a big ziplock bag and add chicken. Marinate overnight. Pour contents of bag into a large baking pan and bake at 325, basting frequently for 1 1/2 hours or until well browned. Make sure that the chicken is in a single layer.
    I serve this with plain rice and steamed green cabbage to get that whole “mall” effect.
